Neil is a partner at Executive Leadership Partners with a tailored focus on leadership assessment and coaching. He has consulted in more than 30 industries since 1984 in small, mid-market and public companies, partnering with CEOs and private-equity boards to provide talent solutions for execution obstacles and organizational growth strategies. He assesses leaders for hire, promotion and career development as well as coaching senior executives in leadership effectiveness.
Neil’s experience also includes developing talent metrics, 360° survey design, employee engagement strategies and M&A evaluations. He is the cocreator of Unleashing the Leader Within™, a leadership coaching program that produces performance breakthroughs for high-potential leaders and organizations. He also codesigned an online metrics system enabling top leaders to monitor employee alignment, engagement and competence.
Neil has authored numerous articles, and his book, I GET IT!, outlines fundamentals that distinguish managers who "get it" from those who don't. He has delivered keynotes for trade associations, annual meetings, private equity operating conferences, and CEO networking groups such as YPO and Vistage.
Neil’s experience is global; he has consulted in North America, Europe and the Caribbean, including assessments of APAC candidates for North American corporations. His private equity clients have included Pfingsten Partners, Linden Capital, Saw Mill Capital, Audax Group, Lodging Capital, Spell Capital, Tonka Bay Equity Partners, ShoreView Industries, JVA Partners, Akoya Capital, 3i Group, Dubin Clark and Shorehill Capital. Neil received an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University.
