Maggie is a partner with Executive Leadership Partners. She provides executive and team coaching for leaders from around the world. Her breadth of business experience enables her to quickly understand the relevant organizational issues and leadership implications in her coaching and consulting engagements. Her areas of expertise include executive leader assessment and coaching, building leadership teams and organization development.

Maggie has worked with leaders from a wide range of industries including: technology; healthcare; retail; financial services; energy; manufacturing and automotive. She approaches coaching as a partnership, with the intent to achieve both client fulfillment and organizational success. She helps her clients deepen their self-awareness, understand the effect of their behaviors and make deliberate choices about opportunities on which to focus. She is a believer in the importance of leveraging strengths and strives to make coaching and team building an enjoyable process of discovery, commitment and tangible change.

Prior to joining this firm, Maggie began her external consulting career as an executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She spent the first 21 years of her career in the technology and aerospace sectors of the Fortune 100. In her 16 years with Motorola, she had overall talent management responsibility for international business units at every stage of the business lifecycle. She and her teams partnered with leaders around the globe to identify and develop key talent. Formerly at McDonnell Douglas Corporation, now part of Boeing, Maggie established the company’s first career resource center and provided strategic acquisition integration support. She has served on the adjunct management faculty with Nova Southeastern University’s College of Business and Entrepreneurship since 2002, where she teaches leadership and HR courses in the MBA program.

Maggie earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Nova Southeastern University and both her Master’s in Education/Human Resource Development and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the American University. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She also holds BCC, SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials
