Gabrielle Origlio
Consulting Intern

Gabrielle is a Consulting Intern at Executive Leadership Partners (ELP), where she supports a wide variety of consulting projects while also contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives internally.
In addition to her work with ELP, Gabrielle is a member of the Yet! Program, which teaches growth mindset practices to students through classroom presentations and activities. She is also a Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA) consultant who works with organizations to provide consulting services for their volunteers free of charge.
Gabrielle is interested in studying leadership through inclusive sampling practices, increasing the visibility of those who do not fit ideal worker norms. Her strengths include qualitative coding and interpreting data quantitatively, which she has used to monitor the efficiency of her team in a past role. She has also served on hiring committees and has experience training and coordinating team members.
Gabrielle is a doctoral candidate in the Organizational Science Ph.D. program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she is currently studying workplace phenomena with an interdisciplinary lens and contributing to research initiatives in the Belk College of Business. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Honors College at George Mason University.
