Prior to this role, Emily spent 6 years working in various service-driven industries including healthcare, banking, car rental, real estate, and property management. In her career, Emily has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams through periods of change and transition. She has been a key driver in fostering structure and clarity.
Emily’s previous experience has made her talented at designing and implementing structured frameworks that support both short-term adaptation and long-term growth. By aligning team goals with clear processes and providing consistent leadership, Emily has helped organizations successfully navigate uncertainty, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining momentum throughout periods of change. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and emphasis on team collaboration has enabled others to excel in the roles she supports.
Emily received her B.S. degree in Accounting at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Emily also has a deep love for the mountains of North Carolina, where she enjoys organizing camping trips, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Her connection to nature fuels her sense of adventure and appreciation for the world around her. In addition to her passion for the outdoors, Emily is an avid traveler, seeking to deepen her understanding of the world and immerse herself in different cultures.
