Ashleigh Guthrie, Ph.D.

Ashleigh is an Executive Leadership and Development Consultant with Executive Leadership Partners (ELP). She works with executive leaders, senior leadership teams, and organizations to promote organizational and leadership effectiveness through individual and team assessments and development. Ashleigh has led and supported projects to accelerate team performance for executive leadership teams, select and develop senior leaders, and critically evaluate and improve the organizational design and talent of leadership teams and their direct reports.
Ashleigh’s strengths include leading individual and team assessments such as the Hogan Suite and DiSC assessments, developing and facilitating team workshops to enhance team effectiveness, and executive selection and development. She has consulted with leading Fortune 500 companies across various industries including sports and entertainment, retail and consumer products, technology, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, and nonprofits.
Ashleigh joined ELP as an intern before stepping into a permanent consulting role. Before joining ELP full-time, she worked with a Charlotte-based management consulting firm on projects including board assessment, inclusive leadership development, and executive selection. She also served as the co-director of a nonprofit volunteer assessment program, collaborating with nonprofit volunteer programs to administer and analyze engagement surveys and deliver feedback to help the programs improve their organizational effectiveness and retention.
Ashleigh earned both her Master’s and Ph.D. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Clemson University. Ashleigh is certified in DiSC and Hogan Assessments and is also an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
