Managing Partner
Andrew is the Managing Partner of Executive Leadership Partners (ELP) and a founding member of the firm. He consults with Boards, CEOs and senior executives on strategic, operational and cultural matters that are central to the performance of their organizations. Andrew has a track record of provoking deliberate changes in senior leaders, executive teams and entire organizations, and he has led many significant widespread change efforts for global companies centered on leadership, team effectiveness & execution, and culture change and integration.
Andrew’s strengths include the assessment and development of senior executives, enabling senior team execution and effectiveness, CEO succession and board advisory services, and organizational services focused on talent management and cultural change. He has consulted with the leading Fortune 500 corporations in a broad set of industries including retail and consumer products, technology, medical devices, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, telecommunications and mass media, and professional services. As a consultant and previously a senior leader in two Fortune 50 corporations, Andrew has led functions and advised leaders across the globe.
Prior to founding ELP, Andrew began his external consulting career at a mid-size consulting firm where he quickly developed and managed a large portfolio of marquee clients and played the leading role in expanding the firm’s service offerings while rapidly growing the firm’s revenues. Before consulting, Andrew led the talent management function first at Motorola, and then at Bank of America. During the financial crisis, Andrew led the leadership assessment and selection process for the highly visible acquisitions of Countrywide Financial and Merrill Lynch. He was also the senior HR Executive for the E-Commerce and Mobile Distribution Channels and, across his 17 years of internal experience, he supported a variety of businesses and functions including capital markets, technology, sales and marketing, and engineering. Andrew’s broad and deep experiences enable him to address the widest variety of challenges facing his clients.
Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and both a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He is a provisionally licensed psychologist in the state of North Carolina.
