Kailey Meyer
Consulting Intern

Kailey is a Consulting Intern with Executive Leadership Partners (ELP), where she balances her involvement in consulting opportunities with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Before joining ELP, Kailey worked internally for two organizations: Spectrum and Arity. In these roles, she led projects in recruitment, talent planning, performance management, goal setting, organizational effectiveness, and organizational culture. Additionally, Kailey has held external-facing roles and is currently the co-director of the Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA), consulting with nonprofit organizations to increase their organizational effectiveness through their volunteer programs. Through VPA, she has worked with over 15 nonprofit organizations.
Kailey's strengths include a strong foundation in data analysis, project management, and collaboration, as demonstrated through her work at Spectrum, Arity, and VPA. She has leveraged both qualitative and quantitative research skills to develop actionable insights, drive decision-making, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Her research contributions highlight her commitment to advancing knowledge in areas such as employee well-being, health, and safety.
Kailey is pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Sociology from Doane University. Kailey is also an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
