Jen is a partner at Executive Leadership Partners who has provided organizational development, process improvement, project management and talent management expertise to senior leaders for more than 20 years. Her mix of external consulting experience and corporate roles positions her to bring professional objectivity to each client engagement while understanding and accounting for the nuances of implementing change in a business environment.

She works with leaders in a wide range of industries, including: financial services, healthcare, real estate, professional services, manufacturing, cybersecurity, advertising and non-profit services. Jen has a unique ability to translate complex strategies into simple actionable plans. She begins this process by developing an understanding of the business and clarifying any challenges that are preventing an organization from reaching its full potential. Jen helps companies create alignment between their strategy, processes and practices to drive and help implement the desired culture and results. In addition to working directly with senior executives, Jen has partnered with Human Resources (HR) leaders in numerous industries to optimize their teams and advance HR’s ability to serve as a strategic partner to the business.

Prior to joining this firm, Jen served as an independent consultant with a primary focus on organizational development and talent management. She began her career as an external management consultant with Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Capital H Group, a mid-sized human capital consultancy. She moved to internal project management roles at Bank One and Compass Group, N.A., managing large-scale technology change initiatives.

In her five years at Bank of America, Jen played an enterprise role supporting organizational development efforts across the company and talent planning for the top 100 leaders. She also served as a leadership development executive supporting a C-suite client. Jen has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University. She also holds SPHR credentials and is certified in facilitation and multiple assessment tools.
