Lizzie Howard, Ph.D.
As a partner at eXecutive leadership partners, Lizzie’s focus is on executive coaching, leadership assessment, and individual and team development. Her background in industrial and organizational psychology coupled with her consulting experience enables her to develop a deep, intuitive awareness of organizational issues and how they affect both individuals and teams. She is known for her commitment to understanding clients’ businesses and unique challenges, translating these critical insights into solutions that drive both employee engagement and business results. Her experience spans several industries including manufacturing, financial services, utilities, health care, hospitality and retail. Lizzie’s clients have included Vitro Automotive Glass, Duke Energy, Best Buy, McDonald’s and Entergy, among many others. Throughout the years, she has skillfully designed and implemented numerous leadership assessment and development programs to realize organizational goals, coached senior executives to accelerate their own performance and more effectively develop their teams, and delivered change-management solutions that enabled significant transformation initiatives. Lizzie received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned both her M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago. She has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at multiple Chicago universities, including Roosevelt University, IIT and DePaul.
