Lizzie Howard, Ph.D.


As a partner at eXecutive leadership partners, Lizzie’s focus is on coaching, leadership assessment and development. Her background in industrial and organizational psychology coupled with nearly a decade of consulting experience enables her to develop a deep, intuitive awareness of organizational issues and how they affect teams and individuals. She is known for her commitment to understanding clients’ businesses and unique challenges, translating these critical insights into solutions that drive both employee engagement and business results. Her experience spans several industries – financial services; utilities; health care; manufacturing; hospitality and retail. Lizzie’s clients have included CNA Insurance, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Best Buy and Entergy, among others. Throughout the years, she has skillfully designed and implemented numerous leadership assessment and development programs to realize organizational goals, as well as providing leadership development and change-management support, enabling significant transformation initiatives. Lizzie received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned both her M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago. She has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at multiple Chicago universities, including Roosevelt University, IIT and DePaul.
