Leslie Dorfman

Leslie is the Director of Marketing for the firm. Her focus is continually advancing the marketing, media/channel and brand strategy to promote awareness, connection and progress for clients and within the firm itself. Prior to joining the eXecutive leadership partners team, Leslie consulted with and worked for a variety of industries, including utilities, banking and financial services, technology, arts and entertainment and hospitality. She has more than 19 years of experience leading functions in marketing, advertising, creative and conceptual development and social media management. Leslie holds a B.S. in public relations from the University of Florida. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, two children and a menagerie of rescue pets. She enjoys reading, traveling and volunteering at her children’s schools.
