Ashleigh is a third-year doctoral student at UNC Charlotte in the organizational science Ph.D. program, and she has a B.A. in psychology from Clemson University. Ashleigh’s role within the firm includes competitive analysis, market and behavioral change research. Her experience includes quantitative and qualitative research in areas such as volunteerism, emotions at work and gendered organizations. Through her course of study, she is working on projects related to work-family interactions in coworking spaces, off-work time for police officers and social skills through the Army Research Institute.
